Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Use of the beo4d Platform and Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously for the duration of your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. beo4d operates a strict 21+ policy. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all associated funds returned (excluding Bonus Funds), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
2. Jurisdiction: The Platform is primarily operated for and marketed to players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing and using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a third party, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one beo4d Account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
5. Excluded Persons: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of beo4d and its affiliated operators, game providers, or payment processors are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create a beo4d Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. beo4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
3. Identity Verification (KYC): beo4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
4. Account Currency: All beo4d Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are recorded and displayed in IDR. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.
5. Account Closure by Member: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting beo4d customer support at [email protected]. Any genuine Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
6. Account Closure by beo4d: beo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, multi-accounting, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, beo4d may withhold funds pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the beo4d Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your Account. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

1. Accepted Payment Methods: beo4d currently supports deposits and withdrawals via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account.
3. Deposit Processing: Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited within 5–15 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits are generally instant. beo4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
4. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5. Withdrawal Processing Times: Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available banking window. VIP members may be entitled to expedited or 24-hour processing as detailed in the beo4d VIP Programme terms.
6. Withdrawal to Same Method: beo4d applies a same-source withdrawal policy wherever operationally practicable. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the bank account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit originated. beo4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to new or unverified payment destinations.
7. No Third-Party Payments: beo4d does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, accounts held in names other than the registered Member's own name. Any detected third-party payment will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
8. Unclaimed Balances: Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may have an inactivity fee applied to the Balance. beo4d will make reasonable efforts to contact the Member prior to applying any such fee. Details of applicable inactivity fees are available from customer support.

Bonuses & Promotions

beo4d offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
2. One Bonus Per Promotion Per Member: Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
3. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and togel markets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution schedule for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
4. Maximum Bet During Wagering: While wagering through Bonus Funds, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per selection. Placing bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
5. beo4d's Right to Modify Promotions: beo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account, provided the Member is actively working through the stated wagering requirements at the time of the change.
6. Abuse and Exploitation: beo4d employs detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, collusion between Members, and use of automated betting software. Accounts identified as engaging in such practices will be suspended and all associated Bonus Funds forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all beo4d Services. Product-specific rules (Sportsbook, Casino, Togel, Crash Games, Scratch Cards, Slots) are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

1. Finality of Results: All game results are final once determined by the Platform's certified random number generator or, in the case of sports markets, once the relevant event outcome is confirmed. beo4d will not reverse settled bets or game rounds except where a manifest technical error is established.
2. Insufficient Funds: A bet or wager will only be accepted if your Account Balance is sufficient to cover the stake in full at the time of placement. beo4d does not offer credit facilities.
3. Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error, system failure, or miscommunication of odds, beo4d reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Members' Accounts. beo4d will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a software or data feed malfunction.
4. Sportsbook — Odds and Markets: All sportsbook odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is struck, provided the bet is accepted before any odds change. beo4d reserves the right to suspend markets or limit stakes on any event at its discretion.
5. Live Betting: Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional latency considerations. beo4d reserves the right to void live bets placed after the relevant event outcome could reasonably have been known, whether due to a data feed delay or any other cause.
6. Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all product verticals. These limits are published in the Platform's help section and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for a given event or game round will be capped at the stated maximum.

Responsible Gaming

beo4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Members maintain control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all Members directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum continuous session durations with automatic logout.
• Cool-Down Periods: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days during which betting and deposits are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum 30-day or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the beo4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance (where applicable), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software, odds feed, or random number generator.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner, without beo4d's prior written consent.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting promotions, bonuses, or loyalty rewards in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose (bonus abuse).
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing beo4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the beo4d Platform — including but not limited to the beo4d brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of beo4d or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without beo4d's prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by beo4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

beo4d implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform connections and applies strict access controls to Member data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection partners solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beo4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform and Services — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

beo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
• Any technical error, system failure, or interruption of service beyond beo4d's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Changes to the availability of any game, market, or promotional offer.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments

beo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed change is materially adverse to Members, beo4d will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to registered Members' email addresses on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.5 above.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, including its effective date, is always accessible at https://beo4d.bio/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically for updates.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which beo4d is registered and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between beo4d and a Member, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents beo4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
