Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount for any daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets. You can reduce your limit instantly; increases take 24 hours to take effect, giving you time to reconsider.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set time period. When your net losses reach that threshold, your Account is automatically suspended for the remainder of the period so that you cannot continue chasing losses.

Wager Limits

Cap the maximum stake you can place on any single bet or spin. This is particularly useful for high-volatility games where a single large wager can significantly impact your balance. Apply limits per game category or across your entire Account.

Per Bet / Per Session

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum playing session duration. When your session time expires, you will receive a clear notification and be logged out automatically. You can also opt in to receive regular time-elapsed reminders at 30-minute or 60-minute intervals during play.

Take a short break from gambling by activating a time-out period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your Account is suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from beo4d. You can request a time-out at any time.

If you feel that you need a longer or indefinite break from gambling, you can self-exclude your beo4d Account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Setting limits on your beo4d Account takes less than two minutes. Follow these steps:

Visit the beo4d Login page and sign in with your registered username and password. Ensure you are accessing the Platform from a secure, private network.

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu. Then select the "Responsible Gaming" tab.

Select the limit type you wish to set — deposit limit, loss limit, wager limit, session time limit, time-out, or self-exclusion. Each tool has a clear description and configuration panel.

Confirm and Save

Click "Save Changes" to activate your limit. You will receive a confirmation email to your registered address. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases take up to 24 hours as a built-in cooling-off measure.

Important: Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen duration. Any attempt to open a new beo4d Account while under a self-exclusion period is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. If we detect a new account linked to a self-excluded Member, it will be closed immediately and any balance refunded.

This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement that applies to every Member, in every jurisdiction where the Platform is accessible. We enforce this policy through mandatory age verification during Account registration and during our KYC (Know Your Customer) review process.

When you submit your identity documents for KYC verification — such as your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport — our compliance team carefully reviews your date of birth to confirm you meet the 21+ eligibility threshold. Accounts where the Member is found to be under 21 will be permanently closed, any balance will be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated in line with applicable regulations.
